Chronic wounds constitute a serious public health problem in Brazil. Difficult to heal, they can remain open for months or even years in patients. Chronic wounds affect over 5 million Brazilians.

The technology refers to a pro-regenerative hydrogel composed of bioactive stem cell components to enable the cell growth necessary to close difficult-to-heal injuries. Bioactive stem cell components reduce fibrosis, inflammation and pain, and stimulate vascularization. These characteristics inhibit non-functional tissue repair and promote skin regeneration, improving the quality of the patient's scar and recovering the functionality of the affected tissue.
